- How far in advance should we book an event fleet?
- Two to three weeks is ideal for weddings and multi-day conferences. For smaller offsites and city transfers we can usually confirm vehicles within 48 hours, subject to availability.
- Can we book multiple pickup points and staged arrivals?
- Yes. Add every pickup point with its own reporting time in the booking form and we will build a staged arrival plan so guests reach the venue in the sequence you need.
- Is billing per trip or consolidated?
- Choose either. Individual event billing raises one GST invoice per event, while monthly billing consolidates all events in the month into a single invoice with a trip-level annexure.
- Are drivers verified for VIP and guest movement?
- Every chauffeur is police-verified with a valid commercial licence, briefed on dress code and venue protocol, and tracked live through the event control room.
