Some business details on this page haven't been added yet.

This policy explains how (to be added in Admin), (to be added in Admin) ("we", "us"), handles personal data when you use our website, client portal, apps and the contracted transport services we provide to companies for their employees and guests. We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

  • Client contacts and portal users: name, work email, phone, company and role.
  • Riders (client employees and guests): name, employee ID, phone, pickup and drop addresses, shift times and trip history.
  • Drivers and vendors: identity, licence and vehicle documents, contact and payout details.
  • Trip data: GPS location during trips, timings, odometer readings, delays and safety events.
  • Enquiries: details you send through our contact or enquiry forms.
  • Technical data: sign-in records and data described in our Cookie Policy.

2. Why we use it

  • To schedule, run and track trips and keep riders safe.
  • To issue invoices, pay vendors and drivers, and keep accounting records.
  • To send trip, invoice and service emails and alerts.
  • To verify drivers and vehicles and meet legal obligations.
  • To answer enquiries and improve the service.

Rider data is usually provided by the rider's employer (our client), who decides which employees use the service.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed: with the client company a rider travels for, with the assigned driver and vendor (limited to what the trip needs), with service providers who host our systems and send email on our behalf, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and safety-record obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Security

Access to data is restricted by role, so clients, drivers and vendors see only the records that relate to them.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent where we rely on it, or nominate someone to act for you. Riders may also contact their employer. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Grievance officer

For privacy questions or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer, (to be added in Admin), (to be added in Admin), (to be added in Admin). Email: (to be added in Admin). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
