Last updated: 26 October 2026

Some business details on this page haven't been added yet.

These terms apply to your use of this website, the client portal, the driver and vendor apps, and the transport services provided by (to be added in Admin), (to be added in Admin) ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide contract-based transport to companies: daily employee pickups and drops by shift, and transport for the company's guests, visitors and events, as set out in each client's written contract. We do not offer cab booking to the public. If a client contract conflicts with these terms, the contract wins.

2. Accounts and portal access

  • Portal accounts are issued to people authorised by a client. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping employee and trip details you submit accurate.
  • We may suspend access that is misused or that puts riders, drivers or our systems at risk.

3. Trips, rosters and trip-start codes

Trips are scheduled from the client's rosters and requests under its contract. Riders receive a trip-start code that must be shared only with the assigned driver at pickup. Changes and cancellations should be made through the portal or with our dispatch team as early as possible; charges for late cancellations or no-shows follow the client's contract.

4. Prices, invoices and payment

Charges follow the client's contract, package or rate card, plus applicable taxes including GST. Invoices are issued through the portal and by email and are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Disputes about an invoice should be raised in writing within the period stated in the client agreement.

5. Safety and conduct

Riders, guests and drivers must follow the law and our safety rules. We may record trip locations, timings and safety events to run the service and respond to incidents.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in the client agreement.

7. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
